The community organizer represents Regeneración publicly through speaking engagements, coaches volunteers, prepares social media posts, and participates in community meetings.
Our priority: hiring a native Spanish (or tri-lingual Indigenous Mexican language - Spanish - English) speaker with strong roots in the Pajaro Valley, who is passionate about social and environmental justice and enjoys working with volunteers.
